When will my order be shipped?
Orders for in-stock items are typically processed within 2-3 business days. For pre-order items, please refer to the release date listed on the product page; these will ship as soon as stock arrives at our warehouse.
What should I do if my vinyl arrives damaged?
We take great care in packaging, but if your record arrives warped or damaged, please contact our support team within 14 days of receipt with photos of the damage and your order number to arrange a replacement.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship to most countries worldwide. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order.
Can I cancel or change my order?
As we aim to process orders quickly, we can only make changes or cancellations if the order has not yet entered the fulfillment process. Please contact us immediately if you need to modify your purchase.
